  Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
  
  Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  
  No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event or no-shows are non-refundable, as final costs will have already been incurred.
  
  Substitutions: If you’re unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
